Refunds (if applicable)
If Your item has not shipped yet, Please contact our customer service representative at help@komprexx.com in time and apply for a refund, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund within 3 working days from the receipt of the email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the next 7 business days.
Returns (if applicable)
If your item is already on its way or you have already received your item, Please contact our customer service representative at help@komprexx.com to confirm the return address for you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@komprexx.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product

How to return?

1. Email us at help@komprexx.com indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Reply us with the express you choose and the tracking number.

4. Once received, refund take about 7-10 business days to process. 

Return Conditions

1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes. 

2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to help@komprexx.com 

3. If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

4.We offers a 30 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.
